Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of some products being custom-ordered, the refund and return policy varies per product. To determine the specific terms for each product, please consult the respective product description on the individual product page. Here are examples of our return policies for different products:

  • Product can be returned in new and unused condition, subject to inspection. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Product can be returned in new and unused condition, subject to inspection. A 20% handling/re-stocking fee applies to the returned product.

Please be aware that all products must be returned within 30 days and must be unused.

Initiating a Return:

If you need to initiate a return, kindly send an email to einpart@einpart.com, providing your order number and receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or faulty, please include a clear photo and description of the issue in your email. We will assess each case individually to provide a resolution.
